Our Watches and Bands


What is our leather made from?
Our leather is vegan and cruelty free, meaning there weren’t any animals harmed or used in the process of creating our leather bands. Our leather is microfiber man made leather made from recycled materials. The qualities our leather possesses includes:
- A very good hand feel and comfortable touch.
- Lighter weight than genuine leather
- Hydrolysis resistant
- Very durable
- Abrasion resistant
- Eco friendly and ethically minded
- Cruelty free

How do I take care of my leather band?
Overtime the leather will develop an inherent, natural patina and will darken with wear.
To preserve your leather band we recommend: Avoid allowing the leather strap to come into contact with water, moisture, oils, perfumes or cosmetics as this will significantly deteriorate the lifespan of the item.
Avoid over-exposure to extreme heat or direct lighting storing it in its original packaging in a cool place when not in use.

Are all your bands interchangeable with both original TIVC and Kaizen watches?
Yes, all our bands and watches are interchangeable with TIVC models of the same size. 40mm watches are only compatible with 20mm bands and 36mm watches are only compatible with 18mm bands. 

Are our watches and our leather ethically made?
The factory where our watches are now being manufactured is factory in Hong Kong that is a SA8000 certified factory. This certifications deems a factory as ethical.  
The factory currently employs approximately 150 staff members. It's run very well and the workers are all paid and treated fairly. They also work in safe and clean conditions which means it is no danger to the people producing our watches.

Our leather production meets the requests of not including any and all 168 (soon to grow to a list of 400) substances on the candidate list of SVHC for authorisation, published by the European Chemicals Agency regarding related regulation concerning the REACH. This means SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) lists substances used in production which fall under the criteria of being a class 1 or 2 carcinogen, mutagen or toxin for reproduction or if there is evidence that the substance has an equivalent degree of concern.

We are continually striving to find ways to have our products produced in an ethical and environmentally friendly manner from start to finish.

My watch can't fit your band size. Can you make me a custom size band?
Unfortunately no we cannot make custom sized bands because we have minimum order quantities we need to meet with our productions.

GIFT VOUCHERS

How do the gift vouchers work?
The gift voucher will come with a personalised code for the person receiving the voucher to redeem online at checkout. This code will be valid for one use only. Remember when you purchase your gift voucher for someone to note down who the voucher is for!

How long is the gift vouchers valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Can I refund a gift voucher?
Unfortunately you cannot refund your gift voucher.
Please note, gift vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Can I get a gift voucher valued at a different amount that is not listed?

MONOGRAMMING

What colour monogramming can I choose from?
We currently only monogram in gold and silver.

What font do you monogram in?
We currently only use Sans Serif font for monogramming.

SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship my order? 
Orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours. Shipping Australia wide normally takes between 2-5 business days via standard shipping and 2-3 days via express shipping.
International orders can take anywhere between 7-14 working days via standard shipping and 5-7 working days via express depending on the destination country. For more information about shipping see our shipping policy

Will I need to pay for customs if I live outside of Australia? 

Time IV Change does not cover any extra taxes or customs clearance costs. It is up to the consumer to cover customs charges IF it is required by the country it is being delivered to. We do all we can to avoid customs charges in all European countries including the UK and Ireland, however it is at the discretion of the countries customs office to determine whether the value is under the threshold before a customs charge is added and they release your package.
