What does this limited warranty cover?


This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Time IV Change will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance

What will we do to correct problems?


Time IV Change will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the product for a brand new one. 

How long does the coverage last?


The Warranty period for all watches purchased from Time IV Change is 365 days from the date of purchase.
The Warranty period for all other goods including bands and wallets purchased from Time IV Change is 30 days.

What does this limited warranty not cover?


This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Time IV Change Watches come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if the materials in or on your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover the glass and general wear and tear. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please email us before sending your watch to:
