POLICY


All Australian domestic orders are shipped using e-parcel, a registered freight service by Australia Post, whereby you can track your order online.  When no one is home to accept your parcel Australia Post will leave a card with the location of the nearest Australia Post retail outlet that they have sent your parcel to. To collect your parcel simply take your card, proof of identity (with your signature), and proof of address to the Australia Post retail outlet. If you’re planning to send someone else to collect the item on your behalf, remember to fill out the agent authorisation on the card.

NATIONAL POSTAGE


Standard shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $160.00
Express shipping within Australia is $20.00.
Goods via standard shipping will usually take about 5-7 business days to deliver.
Goods via express shipping will take 1-2 business days.
All parcels will receive a tracking number to use online and a signature upon delivery will be required for the parcel to be left at the address it is being delivered to.  
No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship internationally to all countries. 
Airmail is $8.00 for all orders under $160.00. This service is untracked.

Standard International shipping is free for all orders over $160.00. This service is fully tracked.
Express international shipping is $35.00. This service is fully tracked

Goods via standard international shipping will usually take about 10-14 business days to deliver.

Goods shipped via express shipping will usually take 4-6 business days.
In some cases, depending on the country the package is being delivered to, there may be delays with that countries customs releasing the package. 
Please allow an additional 7-10 working days for this.  
All parcels will receive receive a tracking number to use online and a signature upon delivery will be required for the goods to be left at the address. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. 

NOTE: Time IV Change does not cover any extra taxes or customs clearance costs. It is up to the consumer to cover customs charges IF it is required by the country it is being delivered to. We do all we can to avoid customs charges in all European countries including the UK and Ireland, however it is at the discretion of the countries customs office to determine whether the value is under the threshold before a customs charge is added and they release your package.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once your package has left Australia and landed in the destination country, Australia Post will hand over your parcel to your countries post office/agent. 
If you are experiencing issues with tracking/scheduling pick ups, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with their post office/agent by phoning their customer support office/number. Once your package has landed in your country, you are able to track your package via the tracking section on your countries postal website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. floods, strikes etc)

Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons such as Christmas and public holidays - this is out of Time IV Change's control and should be considered when making a purchase around peak seasons.  
All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in size and colour specifications. 
Colours may slightly differ via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. 
Once we supply you with your tracking number, we are no longer liable for the package. 
If you do not receive your package after it says it has been delivered it is the responsibility of the consumer to follow up the missing item with Australia Post by filing a formal complaint.
