Returns

Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
If you are for any reason unhappy with your online purchase, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price, unworn, unmarked goods.

 

OUR WATCHES


We request that goods be returned to the the below address within 14 days of the received date.
Change of mind requests are to be raised to our attention and returned within 7 days from when the order has been received.
Any products returned to us with marks, scratches, lost and broken pieces or any other stains will not be refunded or exchanged.

Any customs charges are responsibility of the customer.

Refunds given will always be minus 20% of the goods total (not including shipping) as the money from your purchase will have already been donated to the organsisation affiliated with the band colour from your purchase.
Return shipping for the goods is to be paid for by the customer if the goods are being returned outside the 14 day return window.

Time IV Change reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the goods do not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If the item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.

If you are for any reason unhappy with your online purchase, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price, unworn, unmarked goods at our discretion.

It is important to note that not all monogrammed goods will appear the same as the next person's as they are manually monogrammed by hand. This applies also to images on the computer screen and social media. For this reason Time IV Change reserves the right to deny any refund like this and each case will be taken on individually. 

Any leather monogrammed goods that have been monogrammed and are accepted for a refund will receive only a partial refund due to the good already being printed. 

We request that goods be returned within 7 days of the received by date.

The refund will only be given once the goods have been returned and assessed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER


All returned goods should be returned with its original packaging that the customer received it in. Both goods and packaging should be in the original condition that it was received in.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges classified as a 'change of mind'. Time IV Change recommends sending return parcels via registered post, as we will not be liable if your return is not received at our address.
If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery.
If you cannot provide this information, Time IV Change will not be held accountable for any losses.   

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?


Once your order has been received at our office, your return request will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. For exchanges, please allow 5 business days for delivery unless otherwise specified. For refunds please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed if you have paid via credit card or PayPal. 

EXCHANGES


For exchange of size, colour or style, please e-mail our customer service team info@timeivchange.com.au to secure your exchange request and note your request on your returns. Once your return has been received, your exchange will be dispatched. 

REFUNDS


To return goods for a refund, please send the item back via registered post to:

You refund will be made back into the account used to make the original purchase.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Items that have been worn will not be refunded unless a manufacturing fault is determined.
 
NOTE: Refunds are processed as reversals of the original payment. If paid via PayPal we will refund to your PayPal account.
